Phase 1 - Pre-Construction / Design

Phase 2 - Construction

During the design phase, we work collaboratively to establish a clear project budget based on defined scopes, fixed-price items, and selected allowances where flexibility is appropriate.

Allowances are used when final selections have not yet been made, while fixed-price items provide cost certainty once decisions are finalized. This approach allows for transparency, cost control, and informed decision-making throughout the project.
